One-day introductory consultation
It includes 7-8 hours of my time with you at the time of your choosing. Any subject matter you wish can be discussed. Indeed, allotted time permitting, any number of issues, related or not, may be addressed, all according to what you want. Anything that can be handled then and there with you will be handled. This package does not include group consulting of any kind and it's solely one-on-one time. If you are two partners then we should do half a day with each of you rather than use the whole day as a group. Preferably you should reserve one day for EACH of you. The nature of this consultation is totally confidential and it is important that you can speak freely about anything you want without any regard to anyone's feelings or views. That way we can go over a lot more and reach further. This introductory service is sometimes the best way of solving problems. If you agree with the thinking on this web site then you already know me well, so you should base your decision on that, since I obviously cannot present solutions to problems I don't know and deliver those solutions before the fact.
CostThe cost of your one-day consultation is £1,497.00 plus expenses for my travel and possible accommodation, provided that you want that I come to your place of business and depending on your location (its distance from Sussex). The charge for the consulting time is paid up front and the cost of expenses is invoiced after the consultation. This consultation is only for the TOP executive(s) of your company, not for middle management or sales staff. If you require a day for consulting someone who is not the top executive, the prices for one day start at £2,500 — please contact me with the details for a quote in such case. Please note that we do not consult management consultants or executives of companies whose main service is management or marketing consultancy. Areas of technical consultancy — IT, industrial, manufacturing processing, etc. — are, of course, perfectly fine for this introductory service.
